Gregg Township suspends data centers for up to 180 days

A temporary suspension for up to 180 days on data centers recently was approved by Gregg Township supervisors in Union County near Allenwood. The vote allows for further consideration of an amendment to the zoning ordinance requested by the developer PNK Group of New York City, according to Pennlive.com. A public hearing on the amendment on July 20 was recessed and is scheduled to resume Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the Allenwood social hall.
