Thirty-nine individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents. Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:
Robert C. Steele, 43, Lycoming County Prison, two to four years and $750 fine for fleeing arrest and DUI.
Nadir Jamil Edwards, 28, 46 Washington Boulevard, 24 to 48 months with credit for time served and $200 restitution for robbery.
James G. Williams, 45, Lycoming County Prison, 15 months and 14 days to 42 months with credit for time served and $2,000 restitution for burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Three were sentenced to county prison. They are:
Matthew S. Singaglise, 24, 1190 Parke Ave., Apartment 2W, 57 days to 24 months less one day with credit for time served, 36 months consecutive probation, $220 restitution and 50 hours community service for delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a cell phone.
Rasheen E. Davis, 32, 6619 Guyer St., Philadelphia, nine to 23 1/2 months with credit for time served for delivery of a controlled substance.
Anthony M. Rodriguez, 46, 324 Campbell St., 12 months less one day to 24 months less one day with credit for time served and 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Nineteen were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
Kyle M. Houseknecht, 26, 606 S. Washington St., Muncy, 60 months with credit for time served, 90 days pre-release center, $1,500 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Kyle Patrick Dapp, 23, 719 Third Ave., six months, 72 hours pre-release center, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Andrew J. Marshall, 38, 1975 Walters Road, Montoursville, six months, five days pre-release center, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Ronnie Ray Cullison, 30, 7520 S. Route 220, Unit 7, Linden, six months, 27 days pre-release center $750 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Franklin D. Miller, 22, 957 Vine Ave., six months, 72 hours pre-release center, $1,000 fine, six months consecutive probation and 50 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Larry E. Noble, 26, 908 Poplar St., six months with credit for time served, six days pre-release center, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Gabriel B. Stiger, 25, 256 Factory St., Picture Rocks, six months, 48 hours pre-release center, $700 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica A. Kinley, 27, 2940 Heshbah Road, six months, 48 hours pre-release center, $500 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
James A. Watson, 63, 246 Arlington St., DuBoistown, six months, 48 hours pre-release center and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jeremy M. Winters, 28, PO Box 207, Muncy, six months, 72 hours pre-release center, $2,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Nicholas Socoski, 54, 1460 W. Fourth St., six months, 48 hours pre-release center and 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Scott A. Marshall, 35, 1240 1/2 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, six months, 72 hours pre-release center, $1,700 fine, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Joshua A. Caudell, 22, 8887 Route 87 Highway, six months, 48 hours pre-release center and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Michael R. Bacon, 40, 1834 Vesta Ave., six months with credit for time served, seven days pre-release center, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Brian K. Miller, 48, 1970 Old Mill Road, Marysville, six months, 48 hours pre-release center, $1,000 fine and 100 hours community service for DUI.
Bryn Edward Allen, 36, 703 Fifth Ave., 60 months, 90 days pre-release center, $1,500 fine and 75 hours community service for DUI.
Venice Carter, 55, 434 Center St., Apartment 12, 18 months, 30 days pre-release center, 12 months consecutive probation and $258 restitution for retail theft.
Tyler J. Furman, 21, 225 Cemetery Road, Montoursville, 12 months, 14 days pre-release center for heroin possession.
Michael W. Moyer Jr., 32, 546 County Farm Road, Montoursville, six months, 30 days pre-release center, $215 restitution and 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Ten were sentenced to probation. They are:
Rachael Foster, 27, 47 Fairview Ave., Galeton, 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas D. Tetlow, 32, 216 Staver St., Jersey Shore, six months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.
Courtney G. Holt, 31, 217 N. Arch St., Montoursville, 24 months and Changing Lives Through Literature Program for retail theft.
Holly L. Craig, 19, 1526 Memorial Ave., 12 months, $1,110 restitution and 50 hours community service for theft.
Kristen L. Tyson, 19, 520 Chestnut St., Mifflinburg, 24 months and 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Mandy Mabry, 38, 629 E. Main St., Apartment 1, Lock Haven, 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Aaron Pinkney, 33, 918 Penn St., 19 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jerry E. Baker, 19, 2600 Thirtieth St. Northwest, Washington, D.C., 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher M. Camacho, 31, 1321 Walnut St., Jersey Shore, 36 months, 100 hours community service and $1,326 restitution for receiving stolen property.
Tyrennce N. Aunkst, 27, 834 Route 442 Highway, Muncy, 36 months, for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Four were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They are:

Walter S. Steinbacher Jr., 50, 586 Ridge Road, Montgomery, for DUI.
