Forty-eight individuals recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court, according to court documents.

One was sentenced to state prison. He is:

Travis I. Reitz, 27, Bellefonte, 21 to 60 months with credit for escape.

Eighteen were sentenced to county prison. They are:

James M. Kipferl, 24, county prison, 3 to 6 months with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michele L. Weik, 41, Myerstown, 14 days to 6 months, 12 months probation, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brett W. Sweeting, 51, state prison, 45 days to 3 months with credit for time served and $300 fine for DUI.

Michael H. Moore Jr., 22, Philadelphia, 4 to 8 months with credit, 6 months probation, $300 fine for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, small amount and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tashi N. Clay, 20, 806 Elmira St., 10 to 24 months less a day with credit for time served and 48 months probation for possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathaniel Yoder, 36, 456 Manning Road, Lewisburg, 5 days to 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Alexander T. Pelletier, 24, 8540 S. Route 44 Highway, 14 days to 6 months with credit for time served, 24 months probation, $1,000 fine and 100 hours community service for DUI, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Sandra D. Stewart, 52, 1586 Randall Circle, 60 days, 12 months probation, $1,000 fine and 25 hours community service for false identification and driving under suspension.

Adam J. Doebler, 27, 942 Freedom Road, 8 days to 23 months with credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Carlos Ruiz-Marcano, 34, 706 First Ave., 93 days to 24 months less a day, 72 months plus a day probation, $1,500 fine and 250 hours community service for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Steven A. Long, 59, county prison, 90 days to 12 months with credit for time served, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for small amount and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Qualtino, 45, 375 St. Davids Road, 72 hours to 6 months, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Frank B. Connacher, 55, 1459 McKee Road, Cogan Station, 72 hours to 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Nathan A. Rader-Edkin, 24, 1938 Frey Ave., 5 days to 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Rain B. Bell, 44, 650 Third Ave., 5 days to 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Tabitha McGrade, 32, Louisiana, 5 days to 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Khalif D. Akins, 35, 1181 Aubrey Place, 30 days to 60 days with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kishi M. Hall, 22, 64 Grimesville Road, 11 days to 12 months with credit for time served, $337 restitution and 50 hours community service for theft from motor vehicle.

Two were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:

Aaron P. Russell, 24, Millerton, 5 years, 1 year probation, $1,700 fine and 75 hours community service for DUI, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elliott P. Eiswerth, 27, 2995 Heshbon Road, 6 months for DUI.

Twenty-five were sentenced to probation. They are:

Jason W. Barker, 40, Harrisburg, 24 months and 50 hours community service for criminal trespassing.

Jonathan C. Reuss, 26, New Columbia, 6 months and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Nickolas P. Jayne, 26, New York, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.

James P. Mays, 57, 553 Grandview Place, South Williamsport, 6 months, $300 fine and 75 hours community service for DUI.

Joseph C. Dredla, 22, Texas, 18 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.

Andrew M. Bosch, 49, 944 Broad St., Montoursville, 6 months, $300 fine and 75 hours community service for DUI.

Kimyatta McGuffie, 35, 611 Locust St., 12 months for retail theft.

Richard S. Gee, 24, Mill Hall, 24 months and 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance heroin.

Ryan A. Hendricks, 29, 289 Line Road, Selinsgrove, 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Wool-Farnsworth, 38, 2125 Eckard Road, Cogan Station, 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maurice Dowling, 24, Philadelphia, 24 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Loniqua C. Howell, 32, 317 Brandon Ave., 12 months, $4,084 restitution, $200 fine and 50 hours community service for accident involving damage and driving under suspension.

Amy L. Lehman, 37, 98 Wentzler Road, Muncy, 24 months and 20 hours community service for retail theft.

Victoria A. Powell, 42, 910 Poplar St., 6 months, $300 fine and 50 hours community service for DUI.

Eric S. Miller, 37, 505 S. Main St., Muncy, 6 months and 50 hours community service for public drunkenness.
