TIOGA --Three motorists were recently charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants or controlled substances, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
• Rusty Cole Howard 20, 182 E. Second St., Canton; Blossburg Police; Aug. 11. Howard was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and having an unsafe exhaust.
• Cody L. Bennett, 23, 5023 Blockhouse Road, Liberty; Mansfield state police; June 23. Bennett was also charged with speeding and reckless driving.
• Alden J. Pequignot, 49, 2451 Caitlin Hollow Road, Wellsboro; Mansfield state police; July 1. Pequignot also was charged with reckless driving, speeding, having no inspection, driver's license, insurance and registration.
