Twenty-six individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.

Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:

• Tavis L. Michael, 30, of Lycoming County Prison, 72 hours to six months, $3,500 in fines and drug and alcohol evaluation for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• David A. Lopez, 36, of Willliamsport, three to seven years for possession with intent to deliver (heroin).

Nine were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Rasheed Ahmad Ali Brown, 25, (no address) two to 12 months for possession of a small amount of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.

• Waties Alston, 33, of Williamsport, five to 10 days for disorderly conduct.

• Kenneth C. Morgan, 50, of Williamsport, two to five days for cruelty to animals.

• Dusty L. Peterman, of Lycoming County Prison, six to 12 months for retail theft.

• Bradley Dwayne Houseknecht, 49, of Muncy Valley, 90 days, $1,500 fine, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol evaluation for DUI and driving under suspension.

• Robert A. Jones Jr., 41, of Mansfield, three to six months for possession of a controlled substance.

• Duane A. Solomon, of Lycoming County Prison, 30 to 60 days for theft of motor vehicle.

• Samuel J. Agor, 27, of Lycoming County Prison, 30 to 60 days and six months probation for theft of motor vehicle.

• Justin R. Stover, 23, of Muncy, 12 to 24 months for burglary.

One was sentenced to intermediate punishment. The individual is:

• Danielle S. Washington, 26, of South Williamsport, 24 months for possession of drug paraphernalia and prostitution.

Eleven were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Nicole Hunter, 20, of Muncy, 24 months for simple assault.

• Timothy W. Clair, 34, of Williamsport, 18 months for theft by unlawful taking.

• Lacy L. Stoltzfus, 33, (no address) eight months for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

• Nathan A. Spotts, 35, of Jersey Shore, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nico Scott, of Cogan Station, six months, $100 fine, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol evaluation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph Houser, 32, of Williamsport, six months for a PFA violation.

• Victor N. Garms Jr., 43, of Linden, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Alexandra R. Reese, 25, of Muncy, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Heather M. Steinbacher, 28, of Mansfield, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Morgan M. Butler, 31, of Lycoming County Prison, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief.

• Jason G. Rovenolt, 40, of Trout Run, six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Three were ordered to pay fines. They are:

• Theodore W. Smith, 28, of Williamsport, $1,000 for animal neglect.

• Joshua T. Fox, 26, of Williamsport, $300 for operating a vehicle without interlock.

• Elizabeth Hauck, 23, of Williamsport, $1,000 for animal neglect.
