25 people sentenced in Lycoming County Courts

Twenty-five people have been sentenced for various crimes in Lycoming County court.

One individual was sentenced to state prison. He is:

• Stephen C. Hunter, 32, of 457 S. Market St., South Williamsport, 12 to 60 months, DUI education, and a drug and alcohol assessment, for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ten people were sentenced to county prison. They are:

• Travis Wagner, 22, of 759 W. Village Dr., Nisbet, nine to 18 months, 60 months probation, DUI education, and 50 hours of community service for aggravated assault by vehicle with DUI.

• Wesley Russitano, 40, of 2246 Webb St., 97 days to 11.5 months, 12 months probation, and $100 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.

• Andrew M. Evans, 27, of 743 W. Edwin St., 90 days to 6 months, $1000 fine, six months probation, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI and possession of fentanyl. Twenty-nine days to six months in , and $349 in restitution for retail theft.

• Bobbi J. Rathmell, 42, of 301 Mackeyville Road, Mackeyville, 30 days to six months, 18 months probation, 50 hours of proactive activity and counseling for theft by unlawful taking, possession of drug paraphernalia, and receiving stolen property.

• Tyler J. Furman, 27, of 225 Cemetery Road, Montoursville, 72 hours to six months, $1050 fine, drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education and 50 hours of community service for DUI and careless driving. Seventy-two hours to six months, and $300 fine for DUI. Twenty-four months probation for reckless endangerment of another person.

• Matthew B. Shaner, 35, of 1416 Briarwood Drive, Montoursville, seven days to six months, $1250 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education and 50 hours of community service for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

• Shagara, C. McCallum, 28, of 1016 Washington Blvd., five days to six months, $300 fine, DUI education, and a drug and alcohol assessment for a second offense DUI charge. Forty-eight hours to six months in and a $500 fine for a first offense DUI.

• Dale Phillips, 56, of 59 Stonington Road, Cogan Station, 72 hours to six months, $1000 fine, DUI education and a drug and alcohol assessment, for DUI.

• Lowell J. Hoover, 23, 601 Old Route 15, Port Trevorton, 48 hours to six months, $500 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• George M. Flemming, 45, of 325 High St., one to 10 days for possession of a small amount of controlled substance.

Seven people were sentenced to Intermediate punishment. They are:

• Andre M. Thomas, 54, of 20 Sheridan St., Apartment No. 211, Coal Township, 24 months, $769 fine, for DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI, speeding and driving on a suspended license.

• Eric A. Horak, 30, of 3176 Bottle Run Road, 60 days, $825 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service for DUI and disregard of traffic lanes.

• Natasha L. Merando, 38, of 1400 Oaks Ave., six months, $1,050 fine, DUI education and 50 hours of community service for DUI, careless driving and traffic violations.

• Robert J. Vanwhy, 25, of 41 Chevy Lane, Montgomery, six months, $525 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI and an out headlight.

• Rahmin O. Devaughn, 21, of 350 Rural Ave., six months, $1,200 fine, DUI education, and a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of a small amount of marijuana and DUI.

• Steven J. Klein, 54, of 936 Cemetery Road, six months, DUI education, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

• Jessica A. Kinley, 33, of 2940 Heshbon Road, six months, $300 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation, DUI classes, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

Five people were sentenced to probation. They are:

• Keegan M. Klase, 23, of 455 Elmira St., Apartment No. 2, 12 months, $797 in restitution and 50 hours of community service for criminal mischief.

• Michelle A. Charlton, 52, of 205 Marion St., Jersey Shore, 12 months for possession of a controlled substance.

• Christopher T. Clark, 21, of 1405 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore, 12 months probation, $25 fine, $1,910 in restitution, and 50 hours of community service for agricultural vandalism and trespass by motor vehicle.

• Trevor A. Hennessy, 25, of 126 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, six months probation, and 50 hours of community service for false identification.

• Corry W. Tawney, 44, of 45 School St., Linden, six months probation, $1000 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service.

Two people were sentenced to pay fines. They are:

• Shane W. Harman, 38, 113 North Broad Street, Jersey Shore, a $500 fine, and $237.38 in restitution for retail theft.

• Cole S. Willman, 24, of Lebanon, a $500 fine for defiant trespass.
