A tractor trailer roll-over wreck that occurred Thursday night around 8:46 p.m. on the Market Street bridge is under criminal investigation, according to city officers. Traffic was blocked both north and southbound on the bridge for four and a half hours.
Though no damage was done to the bridge after the truck had rolled onto its driver side into the intersection of the bridge, the driver was transported to UPMC Williamsport for unknown injuries.
City officers said the details of how the accident occurred remain under investigation.
