The state Department of Transportation has replaced nearly 80 yards of guardrail along Route 15 South where a tractor-trailer truck, driven by Inderpreet Singh, 21, of Ontario, Canada, crashed and went over an embankment about 9:30 p.m. on April 26, city police said.
The driver, who was not injured, climbed out of the wreckage on his own, police said.
