UNITYVILLE -- Two girls, both under 18, were injured late Monday afternoon when the all-terrain vehicle they were riding together upset and crashed on private property on Clyde Road, near Worthington Road Extension, according to emergency responders.
One girl was flown to a trauma center in a medical helicopter that landed in a nearby field. The second girl was taken to a hospital by ambulance. Because of their ages, their identities were not released. There was no information about their medical condition.
Firefighters from Unityville and Lairdsville were dispatched to the crash about 5:20 p.m.
