Thirty-nine receive sentences
Thirty-nine people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.
Six were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Jmarr Pierce, 21, of State Correctional Institution, Camp Hill, 12 to 24 months, for possession with intent to deliver.
• Jonathan R. Bair, 42, of Williamsport, three to six years for burglary.
• Logan Klock, 20, of Unityville, six to 24 months and $300 fine for possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and retail theft.
• Mark A. Billups, 29, of Philadelphia, one to three months for fleeing and eluding and driving under suspension.
• Dushone Patrick Perry, 32, of Lycoming County Prison, 18 tos 36 months and drug and alcohol assessment for possession with intent to deliver.
• Dymere Richot Ma Johnson, 22, of Williamsport, two to 10 years and drug and alcohol assessment for delivery of a controlled substance.
Eight were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Nathanael J. Zeigler, 20, of Williamsport, three to six months, 12 months probation and mental health assessment, for corruption of minors.
• Nicholas M. Wolf, 19, of Ralston, six to 23 months, 50 hours of community service and 36 months probation for criminal coercion/threat to expose and indecent assault.
• Kallie M. Sherman, 23, of Cogan Station, 90 to 181 days, 24 months probation and 50 hours of community service for false identification and possession of a controlled substance.
• Kenneth S. Outlaw Jr., 30, of Williamsport, 150 to 316 days for simple assault, terroristic threats and small amount of drugs.
• Lea Wilt, 21, of Williamsport, 30 to 90 days, 36 months probation and 50 hours of community service for delivery of a controlled substance.
• Kevin Rooker, 36, of Muncy, one to six months and $2,500 fine for driving under suspension.
• Robert E. Martinez, 43, of Williamsport, 200 to 415 days for criminal use of a communications facility and theft of secondary metal.
• Tabitha L. Susan, 24, of Middleburg, 45 days to 24 months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Six were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Seth Michael Depasqua, of Muncy, electronic monitoring, 100 hours of community service, DUI classes, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Christopher Stiller, 31, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $750 fine for DUI and a traffic violation.
• Todd Leta, 52, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 12 months probation and 75 hours of community service for loitering/prowling, terroristic threats, simple assault, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.
• Jason L. Welshans, 35, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $800 in fines for DUI.
• Steven Snyder, 50, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 40 hours of community service, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $1,000 fine for DUI.
• Lashay F. Bryant-Carter, 28, of Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service, DUI classes, drug and alcohol assessment, and $1,000 fine for DUI.
Fourteen were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Michelle B. Szuhah, 43, of Williamsport, six months, 40 hours of community service, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $300 fine for DUI.
• William Sommers, 80, of Muncy, six months, 25 hours of community service, DUI education, and drug and alcohol assessment for DUI.
• Brian D. McFadden, 29, of Jersey Shore, six months and 50 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Jada M. Ferguson, 33, of Bellefonte, six months and 40 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance and tampering.
• Kevin Michael Huther, 56, of Williamsport, six months, 50 hours of community service, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $300 fine for DUI.
• Jerry Lee Brown, 38, of South Williamsport, 18 months and 50 hours of community service for public drunkenness and resisting arrest.
• Dana Lynn Mann, 24, of Williamsport, six months and 40 hours of community service for simple assault.
• Dyshean Purvis, 35, of Williamsport, 24 months and 40 hours of community service for criminal mischief.
• Joshua Brian Stroll, 35, of Williamsport, six months and 25 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Trista Yarger, 26 of Trout Run, six months and 25 hours of community service for false reports.
• Daniel Joshua Baker, 41, of Hughesville, six months probation, 50 hours of community service, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and $1,300 fine for DUI and driving under suspension.
• Brandon L. Kibler, 37, of Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for receiving stolen property.
• Serena N. Remley, of Berwick, 24 months and drug and alcohol assessment for receiving stolen property.
• Arnold Overton Cavanaugh Jr., 25, of Williamsport, six months for possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification.
Five were fined. They are:
• Susan C. Thomas, 34, of Lock Haven, $150 for retail theft.
• Joshua S. Swinehart, 33, of Benton, $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Correy Charlton Branch, 31, of Williamsport, $150 for harassment.
• Janelle Marie Mahon, 29, of Williamsport, $100 for small amount of drugs.
• Shawn McCarthy, 30, of Allenwood, $50 for small amount of drugs.
