Twenty-eight people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.
Six were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Justin Kennedy, Danville, six to 24 months and 40 hours of community service for fleeing and eluding.
• Donovan S. Peterson, Williamsport, 38 days to 24 months for possession with intent to deliver.
• James D. Moss, Williamsport, six to 12 months, 100 hours of community service, and 24 months probation for strangulation, defiant trespass and identity theft.
• Saiyd Yabdula Muhammad, Towanda, 72 hours to six months, 18 months probation, 40 hours of community service, and $1,000 fine for possession of a controlled substance and DUI.
• Chase A. Hepburn, Williamsport, two to seven days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Terrence A. Reid, Williamsport, 111 days to 12 months, 50 hours of community service and drug and alcohol assessment for delivery of a controlled substance.
Seven were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Leasa D. Hopper, Montoursville, electronic monitoring, 40 hours of community service and $300 fine for DUI.
• John E. Rice, Cogan Station, electronic monitoring. 40 hours of community service and $1,500 fine for DUI.
• Sean G. Burns, Hughesville, electronic monitoring and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
• Joseph Lamar Drummond, Williamsport, electronic monitoring for DUI.
• Justin L. Leidhecker, Williamsport, electronic monitoring and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
• Justin Hasselman, Williamsport, electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $1,025 in fines for DUI and operating a vehicle without insurance.
• Julian Thouvenot, Hughesville, electronic monitoring, 50 hours of community service and $300 fine for DUI.
Thirteen were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Colin Michael Smith, Williamsport, 18 months and 40 hours of community service for simple assault.
• Jason David Kinley, Renovo, 12 months for simple assault.
• Carrie Nicole Darwin, Lock Haven, 24 months and 25 hours of community service for harassment.
• Megan L. Shroy, Muncy, 36 months for theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
• Cody Lee Augustine, Williamsport, 24 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tyshawn Ransom, Williamsport, six months, 50 hours of community service and $300 fine for DUI.
• Chase H. Lynch, Williamsport, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jammie M. Sweeley, Jersey Shore, 24 months for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
• Eric S. McQuillen, Montoursville, 12 months for disorderly conduct.
• Cody Laudenslager, Williamsport, 24 months for endangering the welfare of a child.
• Stephanie Rachelle Mann, Williamsport, 12 months for theft by unlawful taking.
• Tyler S. Roy, Williamsport, 12 months for recklessly endangering another person.
• Steven M. Sanso, Williamsport, six months, 25 hours of community service and $300 fine for DUI.
Two people were fined. The are:
• Kenar A. Swanston, Williamsport, $200 for disorderly conduct.
• Michelle Lambert, New York, $300 for retail theft.
