City man charged for allegedly selling fentanyl
Eric Serious, 32, of 1630 Memorial Avenue, is facing charges related to allegedly selling fentanyl to a confidential informant on Andrews Court on Sept. 4, according to Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Serious was arraigned by judge Christian Frey Dec. 16 for possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and the criminal use of a communication facility, and is being held in the Lycoming County Prison for $75,000 bail. Serious is scheduled to appear before Frey for a preliminary hearing Dec. 29.
Authorities say city man delivered crack cocaine
Robin Shifflet, 45, of 669 Campbell Street, Apartment 2, allegedly sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant at Linn Street around 10:30 a.m. Dec. 1, according to the county Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Shifflet was arraigned by judge Christian Frey for delivery of a controlled substance, and is being held in the Lycoming County Prison for $50,000 bail. Shifflet is scheduled to appear before Frey for a preliminary hearing Dec. 22.
Man allegedly trades off crack cocaine in hotel, narcotics unit says
Byron Martinez, 40, of 1146 Market Street, allegedly passed crack cocaine to a confidential informant inside the Kast Hotel on Arch Street Sept. 23 at 5 p.m., according to the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Martinez was arraigned by judge Christian Frey for possession with intention to manufacture or deliver and the criminal use of a communication facility. He is being held in the Lycoming County Prison for $75,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear before Frey for a preliminary hearing Dec. 22.
Woman charged for multiple crack cocaine sales
Myra Teasley, 65, of 617 Trenton Place, allegedly sold crack cocaine on 10 separate occasions from June 19 to Nov. 13, sometimes conspiring with others to do so, according to the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Teasley was arraigned by judge Christian Frey on three charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing before him Jan. 1, 2021. She was released on $50,000 bail.
City woman arraigned for allegedly selling marijuana
Kirsten Bennett, 36, of 36 Catherine Drive, allegedly sold marijuana to both a confidential informant and an undercover detective on two separate occasions in Williamsport between July 7 and July 9, according to the Lycoming County District Attorney's office. Bennett was arraigned by judge Christian Frey for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and the criminal use of a communication facility twice; one for each incident. She was released on $35,000 bail and is scheduled to appear before Frey on Jan. 5, 2021 for a preliminary hearing.
