Greenaway was sent a summons to appear before District Judge Gary Whiteman on a singular charge of harassment.

Man arraigned for summer 2019 possession charges

Logan Keiser, 26, of Milton, was allegedly caught trying to transport heroin from Williamsport to Milton to resell in the parking lot of the Montoursville Walmart July 25, 2019.

Keiser allegedly entered Walmart while police interviewed an alleged accomplice, Tyler Bean of Milton, who was sitting slumped in a white truck.

The truck was allegedly littered with drug paraphernalia such as syringes, torn wax paper packaging and plastic bottle caps with residue consistent with heroin, according to Bill Hagemeyer, a Montoursville police officer.

Police allegedly found a backpack with a syringe and a plastic bottle cap with what police believed to be heroin, Hagemeyer said.

"Whatever is in the backpack is mine, I'll admit that," Keiser allegedly told Hagemeyer.

Bean allegedly described Keiser to police, whom they later identified as he walked past the truck to the end of the parking lot.

The two allegedly stopped at Walmart to get money to continue to Williamsport to buy heroin from a source Keiser knows, Hagemeyer wrote. Bean said he took Keiser to Williamsport on other occasions, where Keiser allegedly bought "up to 40 bags of heroin" at a time.

Keiser allegedly admitted to owning the items found inside a backpack in the truck, which included a syringe and a green plastic bottle cap with what police believed was heroin.

Keiser was arraigned by District Judge Christian Frey on charges of possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frey set bail to $5,000, and unable to post, Keiser remains in the Lycoming County Prison until his preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman Jan. 25.
