22 people sentenced in Lycoming County Court

The Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas recently sentenced 22 people:

State Prison

• Brayden Fisher, 21, of SCI Forest, one to two years for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person

• Stephen Russell, 38, of SCI Camp Hill, nine to 18 months for criminal use of a communications facility and DUI

County Prison

• Misty Reynolds, 45, of Lock Haven, one year, one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery and theft by unlawful taking.

• Jennie Beckman, 50, of Montoursville, six months, 30 days probation and a $2,500 fine for DUI and driving under suspension

• Austin White, 19, of Hughesville, 30-63 days and two years probation for distributing oxycodone and oxycontin

• Brian Lee, 34, of the Lycoming County Prison, 230-467 days and three years probation for aggravated assault

• Benjamin Berry, 36, of Beech Creek, Pennsylvania, one to two years and six years probation for sexual assault

Probation

• Latrinda Winter, 28, of Williamsport, 18 months for endangering the welfare of a child,

• Paige Sward, 30, of Durnom Pennsylvania, six months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence

• Duron Clay, 38, of Jersey City, New Jersey, six months probation and $1,500 fine for DUI and driving under suspension

• Brandon Gee, 32, of Trout Run, 18 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Wyatt Hunt, 26, six months probation and $300 fine for DUI

• Totiyana Smith, 21, of Williamsport, one year and $25 fine for retail theft and possession of a small amount of drugs

Electronic Monitoring

• Jonathan Morgan, 32, of Hughesville, 74 days and $2,000 fine for DUI, possession of a small amount of drugs and making terroristic threats

• Earnest Sharr, 42, of Dewart, Pennsylvania, five years electronic monitoring for DUI

Fines

• Joshua Fox, 29, of Williamsport, $300 restitution for possession of a controlled substance

• Tyler Moyer, 27, of Ralston, $200 restitution for disorderly conduct

• Kyle Barnett, 35, of South Williamsport, $1,025 for possession of cocaine and driving without headlights

• Noah Fox-Carr, 25, $50 for possession of a small amount of drugs,

Guilty without further penalty

• Antwine Jaschson, 30, of Williamsport, for distributing ecstasy

• Jamir Ceruti, 23, of Williamsport, for “other reason access device is unauthorized by issuer”

• Kristina Washington, 42, of SCI Muncy, for theft by unlawful taking
