The driver of this tractor-trailer truck, Jose Diaz, 55, of Newark, New Jersey, was treated at UPMC Williamsport for injuries he suffered when the rig, loaded with wood, crashed and went over an embankment on the Route 15 South spur about 12:45 p.m. Monday, city police said.
