The Lycoming Court recently sentenced ten people:
State prison:
Mark Billups, 29, of SCI Phoenix, three to six years for possession with intent to distribute.
William Colon, 30, of Williamsport, 15-30 months for criminal use of a communications facility
County Prison:
Fred Greenberg, 70, of Jersey Shore, six to 24 months and 12 months probation for distribution of cocaine and CUCF.
Dillon Calvin, 28, of Williamsport, 78 days to 18 months for aggravated assault.
Dominique Thomas, 31, 72 days to 30 months and $1,200 for possession of cocaine, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount
Electronic monitoring:
David Ryan, 67, of Delaware County, 120 days and $1,500 fine for DUI.
Probation:
James Shmeal, 26, of Lock Haven, one year and $1,000 fine possession of a controlled substance and driving under a suspended license.
Lawrence Keisner, 36, of Antes Fort, six months and 30 days of electronic monitoring for loitering and prowling at night.
Darrin Cohick, 52, of Jersey Shore, six months and $300 fine for DUI.
Hunter Good, 22, of Williamsport, six months for disorderly conduct
