An 82-year-old Shamokin Dam man was killed Friday in a two-vehicle crash at JPM Road and Col. John Kelly Road in Kelly Township Union County, state police at Milton said.
David Hoke died of injuries sustained in the accident involving his 2019 sport utility Kia and 2016 Dodge Ram driven by Roger Long, 53, of New Columbia at 1:13 p.m., troopers said.
Hoke was not wearing his seat belt, troopers said.
Hoke's front seat passenger, Darlene Soder, 67, of Shamokin Dam sustained critical injuries. Soder was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
Long's passenger, Lori Long, 51, and a 7 year old and 4 year old male passengers were wearing seat belts and not injured, troopers said.
Troopers had no narrative of the cause of the collision.
