Virginia Mechley, 88, of Williamsport, was treated at UPMC Williamsport for injuries she suffered when her Volkswagen Jetta and a Ford Focus driven by Cody Schwoyer, also of Williamsport, collided at Bloomingrove Road and Maybee Hill Road in Loyalsock Township about 5 p.m. Friday, state police said.
In another accident, motorcyclist Dominic Schell, 18, of Williamsport, was treated at UPMC Williamsport for injuries he suffered when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a guardrail along the south side of the West Fourth Street off-ramp of Route 220 about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, state police said.
