Claiming each time he was "Charles Manson," the infamous California murderer who was convicted decades ago and died in 2017, Michael Burd, 48, called 911 at least four times and told a dispatcher that he "was not dead and was innocent of all the crimes against him," according to city police.
Investigators allege he made the calls from his home at 957 High St. on April 6.
Charged with the misdemeanor of abusing the 911 system, Burd has waived his preliminary hearing before Biichle and is free on $2,500 bail.
