State Prison:
Skylar P Andrews, 32, of Philadelphia, 30 to 72 months for possession with intent to deliver cocaine, resisting arrest and fleeing and eluding police
Antar Fredericks, 43, of Williamsport, 3 to 18 months and a fine over 1,000 for reckless endangerment, careless driving and driving under suspension.
Sharief Q. Clay, 23, of Philadelphia, 24 to 60 months for possession with intent to deliver cocaine
Sheila Lee Ramos, 37, of Muncy, 6 to 12 months for aggravated assault.
County Prison:
Saahed M. McRae of Elkins Park, 11 ½ to 23 months for possessing a firearm prohibited.
Jason Miller, 42, of Williamsport, 48 hours to 6 months and a $500 fine for DUI.
Razzaaq N. Taylor, 31, of Williamsport, 5 to 12 months and 24 months probation for delivery of cocaine and disorderly conduct.
Brian R. Jacobs, 49, of Cogan Station, 1 to 3 days and 12 months probation for attempted theft by unlawful taking.
Intermediate Punishment:
Samuel E. Rothrock Jr., 42, of Muncy, 72 hours to 6 months and a $1,000 fine for DUI.
Eric Berkheiser, 52, of New Columbia, 10 days to 24 months and a $300 fine for intermediate punishment and for Boating Under the Influence.
Probation:
Lamar Strothers, 44, of Williamsport, 12 months probation for simple assault.
Angela Williams, 41, of Williamsport, 24 months probation and 100 hours' community service for reckless endangerment, turning movements and driving without a license.
Melinda L. Confair, 48, of Jersey Shore, 12 months, a $300 fine and 40 hours' community service for disorderly conduct, blood alcohol content above limit and accidents.
Matthew Snyder, 43, of Montgomery, 24 months and 40 hours' community service for theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.
Zander Shearer, 22, of Lock Haven, 24 months probation and 40 hours' community service for statement under penalty.
Jennifer Rose Brown, 38, of Williamsport, 12 months and 40 hours' community service for receiving stolen property.
Thomas Hartley, 33, of Selinsgrove, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua Franklin Parker Sr., 41, of Williamsport 60 months and no animal ownership for aggravated cruelty to animals.
Fined:
Darrell Carter, 27, of Williamsport, $100 for harassment.
