Former Pajama Factory employee charged with felonies

While employed as the event coordinator at the Pajama Factory at 1307 Park Ave., Inica Nichole Spicer, 40, Mill Hall, stole an estimated $3,672 from the business between February 2021 and the end of 2022, city police alleged in court papers filed at the office of District Judge Christian Frey. Facing felony charges of forgery, access device fraud and theft, Spicer has waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $15,000 bail.
