Shaniyah West, 21, of 820 Fifth Ave., and Stephanie A. Davis, 63, of 1495 High St., both former employees of Arby's at 1726 E. Third St., have been arrested on felony charges, accusing them of stealing $3,400 worth of roast beef and other food while they were employed there between May and June of last year, state police alleged in an affidavit. The two face charges of theft and criminal conspiracy, and both are free on $15,000 bail.
