Criminal charges have been filed against Tyler Chase Wagner after the 27-year-old man posted photos and identities of two prosecution witnesses on several social media outlets in early April, a detective with the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit alleged in an affidavit.

Along with the pictures, Wagner, of 168 Angletown Road, Muncy, labeled the two as informants, the detective said. The two had testified in a drug case earlier this year.

Charged with retaliation against a witness, attempted obstruction in the administration of law and summary harassment, Wagner has since waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $25,000 bail.
