Spurgeon I. Burkett Jr., 528 Ruben Kehrer Road, Lot 39, Muncy, 48 hours to six months and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
Zion Smith, address unknown, three to 90 days and a $300 fine for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system.
Taylor M. Kanski, 805 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, 48 hours to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI.
Andrew Scott Huntington, Lycoming County Prison, nine to 22 months for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and endangering the welfare of a child.
Thomas E. Liberti, 304 Youngs Road, Linden, two to four months and 36 months probation for terroristic threats.
George Holley, Lycoming County Prison, two to six months and a $1,600 fine for DUI and disorderly conduct.
Linda J. McCormack (Ergott), 770 Railroad St., Jersey Shore, 90 days to 12 months, 48 months probation and a $1,800 fine for DUI, aggravated assault of an enumerated person, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing and evading, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

Robert J. Fluck, 6459 Lycoming Creek Road, Cogan Station, 24 months and a $50 fine for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Justina M. Solomon, 2212 Boyd St., city, 12 months for simple assault.
Brandon L. Whitley, 4316 Pine Mountain Road, Jersey Shore, 24 months for accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
