Nine motorists have been charged recently in Lycoming County with DUI and related offenses, according to court records.

• Rayshawn C. Stuart, 28, of Orange, New Jersey; state police at West Third and Center streets in the city on May 25; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses.

• Akaylah Liebersohn, 19, of 650 Krouse Ave.; state police on Route 220 in Wolf Township on May 25; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Kiara Sade Lowe, 30, of 726 Poplar St.; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on May 11; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary offenses.

• Thomas M. Chilson, 35, of Mill Hall; state police on Interstate 180 in Muncy Township on April 22; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and four summary offenses.

• Kevin Vincent Coyle, 59 of Upper Chichester, Delaware County; state police in the 1300 block of Route 15 North in Old Lycoming Township on April 19; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Jordan Andrew Kulp, 36, of 882 W. Fourth St., apartment 5; state police at West Fourth Street and Trinity Place in the city on April 13; also charged with three summary offenses; this was his second DUI arrest.

• Ashton Rockwell, 21, Pennsylvania College of Technology police in the 300 block of Susquehanna Street in the city on April 13; also charged with one summary offense.

• Desmond A. Lee, 26, of 700 W. Edwin St., apartment 6B; state police in the 700 block of West Edwin Street in the city on April 12; also charged with two summary violations.

• Nicola Paulhamus, 55, of 721 Anderson Road, Linden; state police following a crash in front of her Anthony Township home on March 20; also charged with two summary offenses.
