Cody Lee Hennessy, 36, of 120 Edgewood Ave., DuBoistown, has been arrested on charges of breaking into the Express Tobacco Shop, just around the corner from his home, on June 25, South Williamsport police alleged in an affidavit. An estimated $300 was taken in the burglary, the court document stated.Police said the break-in was caught on the store’s surveillance camera, and after investigators posted a screenshot from the video on the police department’s social media page, several people came forward and identified the burglar allegedly as Hennessy. Following his arraignment Tuesday before District Judge Kirsten Garder on felony charges of burglary and criminal trespassing plus a misdemeanor charge of theft, Hennessy was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
