Loyalsock Township man who recently led police on chase held in lieu of $500K bail
Following a 90-minute preliminary hearing Friday morning, Wade Rinker, hiding his face, is returned to the Lycoming County Prison after District Judge Kirsten Gardner ruled there was sufficient evidence to hold the 20-year-old Loyalsock Township man on all charges. Rinker was arrested last week on assault-related offenses stemming from first firing a gun inside an occupied apartment in Muncy on July 8 and then taking state police on six-mile pursuit hours later that started near his home and ended in a crash on Lycoming Creek Road. Garden also held Rinker on six drug offenses that were amended to criminal complaint at the hearing. Rinker is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
