Seven face drug-related charges in Lycoming County

Seven people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records at county district judges.

Michael Raymond Puch, 40, and Amber Fay Trautner, 36; state police; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after two marijuana plants were discovered in their Lewis Township home at 81 Yoder Road while troopers were executing a search warrant at the property on July 9; Puch, convicted of two felonies (robbery and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance), faces an additional felony charge of convicted felon not to possess a firearm after troopers discovered a handgun in the home; Puch is free on $50,000 bail while Trautner is free on $25,000 bail.

In another case, Barry Louis Artis Jr., 38, of 701 Tucker St.; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU); two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of cellphone for his alleged involvement in two city sales of crack cocaine; one in the 600 block of Washington Boulevard on May 9 and another at Artis’ home on May 20, according to an affidavit; jailed $50,000 bail.

In another case, Vicky Lynn Sweeting, 56, 1643 Memorial Ave.; NEU; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of illegal use of cellphone for her alleged involvement in selling crack cocaine from her home on Jan. 23 and again Feb. 6, it was stated in an affidavit; she has since waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $10,000 bail.

In another case, Nolan Gregory Proctor, 40, of 832 Spook Hollow Road, Cogan Station; state police; possession of methamphetamine in the 1300 block of Northway Road in Loyalsock Township on Feb. 28; pled guilty and made arrangements to pay $697 in fines and court costs

In another case, Kevin Lattie, 54, of 638 Market St.; state police; two felony counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of cellphone for allegedly selling crack cocaine just outside his city home to an informant last year first on March 1 and then again May 23; it was alleged in an affidavit; he was recently held for court on all charges and remains free on $50,000 bail.

In another case, Keon Eversley, 34, of Philadelphia; South Williamsport police; possession of a controlled substance (five pills that contained an assortment of drugs in them, including fentanyl), possession of marjiana, possession of drug paraphernalia at Market and Southeran Avenue in the borough on March 24, 2024; released on $5,000 bail.
