After taking a small $2 bottle of vodka from the Fine Wine and Good Spirits store at 449 Hepburn St. on March 24, Carla Wright walked over to the Family Dollar on nearby Memorial Avenue and stole $4 worth of merchandise, it was alleged in a city police affidavit. Wright, 46, whose last known address was 724 Grace St., has since been arraigned before Biichle on two misdemeanor counts of shoplifting and released on $5,000 bail.
