Kitchen Repose is a locally based meal delivery service serving the community since 2015. With a focus on health, wellness and nutrition, customers across 12 area codes can have fresh made meals delivered to their door. For those on foot downtown, Kitchen Repose offers a grab and go café at 145 W. Fourth St. which opened in the spring of 2021.
When asked what makes Kitchen Repose special, owner Carnie Datres said "we focus on offering products that make your body feel good, but we also want them to be approachable...we put a lot of thought into making sure our meals are as flavorful as they are balanced and nutritious."
With a rotating menu of healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options, Kitchen Repose keeps hungry consumers happy and healthy.
Datres described the menu as "a variety of meals including salads, rice bowls, skillets and soups. Our breakfast products include overnight oats, breakfast casseroles, frozen burritos and blend-at-home smoothie packs. You'll also find a rotation of snacks like our hand-rolled energy bites, sweet & spicy nuts, homemade granola and fruit & veggie packs."
Kitchen Repose also offers several dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian options and boasts about using only gluten-free oats.
For those downtown, the grab and go cafe offers ready-made meals as well as freshly blended whole-food smoothies. Smoothie packs can also be ordered through delivery service and made any time from home.
Deliveries are made every Monday for hassle-free meals throughout the week. Carnie stated that she and the staff members "love knowing that our services make meal times less stressful and are helping people eat well while also finding time to do other things that they love!"
