Dance on Air Aerial Studio is ‘where fun takes flight’
Dance On Air Aerial Studio began with a dream, a passion for flight, and a garage in 2022 in Watsontown in Northumberland County.
Founded by owner Amber Bogdanowicz, the studio grew from humble beginnings into a vibrant aerial arts home now soaring in Lycoming County, located in Montoursville.
“What started with silks has expanded into a dynamic mix of apparatuses like hoop, trapeze, and other specialty equipment you won’t find just anywhere,” stated Janine Repella, DOT general manager.
“Alongside our aerial offerings, we teach handbalancing, flexibility, and other whimsical, circus-inspired skills that build strength, confidence, and creativity,” she stated.
Dance On Air offers the community a chance to experience the magic of circus arts in a welcoming, supportive environment with dedicated certified instructors.
Today, the studio provides classes and private group events for all ages–from potty-trained youngsters to adults 60 plus.
Beyond classes, Dance On Air hosts performances, special events, and fosters a one-of-a-kind community. This year, the studio added a wellness space featuring a zero-gravity massage chair for students and parents to relax and recharge.
With its spring semester running March through May and affordable trial classes available, Dance On Air hopes to continue flourishing and helping Lycoming County soar.
“Whether you’re climbing your first silk or working on your next big routine, Dance on Air is where the fun takes flight,” Repella said.
