Commissioners move to essential staffing only
As a means to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and save lives, Lycoming County is supporting federal and state efforts by minimizing the number of employees required to report to work at county facilities.
Lycoming County Government will go to mission-essential-staffing status effective today through April 1.
County facilities are open, but the public is strongly encouraged to use online resources at www.lyco.org or calling the servicing office first to determine if they can accomplish what needs done without having to come into that office.
County officials will continue to monitor the situation and explore alternative approaches to continue to deliver essential services.
