MONTGOMERY – Lycoming County Prison inmate Tyler Comstock, 34, of Watsontown, has waived his preliminary hearing on state police charges stemming from a violent head-on collision on Montgomery Street in the borough that sent two women to Geisinger Medical Center with serious injuries last May 23.
Comstock was driving this dump truck when it and a car with the two women collided, police said.
Comstock will face further court action on charges if DUI, aggravated assault and related offenses .
He is jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail./PH
