A man driving in the wrong lane of Route 15 near West Milton caused a head on collision early Sunday resulting in his death and the death of a passenger in another vehicle, state police said.

Matthew D. Jodon, 32, was killed when his car he was driving north in the southbound lane collided head on with a Subaru driven by a 17-year-old male from Middleburg about a half mile north of the West Milton interchange shortly after 2:30 a.m., police said.

A passenger in the Subaru, Joseph M. Rodriguez, 19, of Middleburg, was also killed, police said.

Three other passengers that car, Qamar D. Yasin-Bradley, 18, of Milton, a 17-year-old female from Muncy and a 16-year-old male from Lewisburg, were injured, police said.

Yasin-Bradley was taken to Geisinger Medical Center near Danville where a spokesperson Monday said he was in critical condition.

The 17-year-old girl was taken to Geisinger with a serious injury and the 16-year-old boy to Evangelical Community Hospital with a minor injury.

After colliding with the Subaru, Jodon's vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Naja M. Moore, 48, of Hughesville, on the passenger side.

Moore and three children ages 10, 6 and 3 were not injured, police said.
