A Popeyes restaurant will be built along East Third Street in Loyalsock Township in 2022, according to the restaurant corporate management.

The Sun-Gazette obtained confirmation from the restaurant chain team Tuesday.

“Thank you for reaching out. We can confirm this location is projected to open in 2022,” the restaurant management said.

The proposed location is expected to be announced when land development proposal is cleared with authorities.
