The West Branch Susquehanna Builders Association (WBSBA) Home Show is back on after last year's cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is the 61st annual Home Show. It will be held at a new location this year.

The show will be at the Lycoming Mall in the former BonTon store location from April 9 through 11, organizers said.

"We have over 60,000 square feet of exhibit space featuring over 110 vendors this year," said Carroll Pawlikowski, Association executive officer. "We made the move to a larger location and spread out our vendors with community safety in mind."

In addition, the show will have a large outdoor exhibit space with a variety of exhibitors.

It has been a long winter and we hope this will provide a great opportunity for the community to come out and see all the latest trends, products and ideas for your home improvement or building projects, Pawlikowski said.

Local officials will kick-off the show with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m. April 9.

The Home Show will open to the public at 3 p.m. that day.

Over the past 60 years, the West Branch Susquehanna Builders Home Show has grown to become one of the area's most highly anticipated events for both businesses and consumers alike. Its success has tagged it as one of the most successful home shows in the region.

Exhibitors are from all over the region and as far as Harrisburg and Altoona.

Vendors can showcase their business services and products to many local homeowners.

Attendees will find a wealth of information, products, services, and creative ideas all in one place, drawing inspiration and opportunities from unexpected places.

Exhibitors are ready to answer questions and help bring life to your ideas, Pawlikowski said.

Admission is $5 for adults. Children 18 and under are admitted free with an adult.

Tickets may be purchased at the door, and it is cash only.

"We thank our many volunteers that help make our event a success," Pawlikowski said.

"We have students from the Williamsport Area High School Construction Trades Program and the members of the Pennsylvania College of Technology Construction Association that help the show organizers lay out the booths and volunteer throughout the show to help make it a success for all our vendors and attendees."

Spring is a great time to think about building a new home, begin your next home improvement project, or get new ideas.

Products and services evolve and improve over the years, and the Home Show attendees will have the opportunity to talk with experts and see the newest innovations and products available in the industry.

"We thank our many volunteers that help make our event a success. We have students from the Williamsport Area High School - Construction Trades Program and the members of the Penn College Construction Association that help us lay out the booths and volunteer throughout the show to help make it a success for all our vendors and attendees," Pawlikowski said.

"In addition to the students, many members of our Association will put in countless hours, and thousands of steps to help bring this show to our community. The entire event is put on with only one paid staff member. We couldn't do it without our volunteers," she added.

Attendees will also be able to purchase tickets for the popular Gun Raffle at the show. Tickets are 2 for $20. Winners will be drawn Sunday at 3 p.m.

Tickets that were purchased for last year's canceled gun raffle will be included in the drawing as well. Winners of all prizes will be notified by phone and participants need not be present to win.

The Association would like to thank these companies for their generous sponsorship of the 2021 Home Show.

"As it has been for many, this has been an exceedingly difficult year for the Association due to the cancellation of last year's show. So, we are especially grateful for these companies that have supported us," Pawlikowski said.
