The Williamsport Municipal Airport Authority opened bids for two projects during its regular monthly meeting.
HRI Inc.'s bid of $509,887 was the lower of two bids for the fuel farm delivery road project.
The other bid of $653,130 came from Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc.
Bronder Technical Services' bid of $351,807 was the lower of two bids submitted to the Authority for the Taxiway B lighting project.
The other bid was from Bruce and Merrilees for $366,405.
The authority took no action on the bids.
In other matters, the authority approved an agreement with Fish Real Estate for a building lease.
The building is presently empty and located on the west side of the airport.
The authority approved a payment of $200,483 to Beeghly Tree LLC for the removal of trees. The trees along Mill Street near Loyalsock Creek were recently cut down to prevent obstruction of airplanes.
Airport Executive Director Richard Howell said stump removal work is still to be done in that area.
Howell reported that the airport received $696,786 in federal CARES Act funding in March.
CARES Act funding to the airport now totals $2.9 million.
