• Lycoming County commissioners voted 3-0 to approve a three-year $57,504 contract with Essential Management Solutions LLC for oversight of phone calls to the county's 911 communications center. Rick Mirabito, Tony Mussare, and Scott Metzger voted yes.
Municipal
• City Council voted 5-0 to approve a $79.5 million six-year capital projects budget. Voting were President Randall J. Allison, Jon Mackey, Dave Banks, Adam Yoder and Vincent Pulizzi. Liz Miele and Bonnie Katz were absent. The budget is a wish list and planning tool not reflective of the existing general fund budget, according to Joseph Pawlak, city interim finance director.
