Kids competed in the Power Wheel Derby at the 150th Lycoming County Fair on Sunday afternoon. The event kicked off the Tommy Hedrick's Memorial Championship Derby, presented by Lycoming County Fair Motorsports. The muddy track conditions didn't stop about three dozen kids from grabbing their helmets and hopping in their Power Wheels for the derby. Folks in the grandstand counted down from 10 to start the event. After, participants each got a ribbon and a free ice cream cone from Cody's Creamery on the mid-way.
