LIBERTY -- A 31-year-old Buffalo, New York man was shot to death in Tioga County by an unknown assailant at 3 p.m. Friday, state police at Mansfield said.
Jesus Iran Alicia-Santiago was identified as the victim in the shooting.
It appears to be an isolated incident, police said.
The shooting occurred near the park and ride at Route 414 and Route 15 at Liberty.
The victim drove a black Ford Explorer to a nearby Exxon station where he was located upon police arrival.
The shooter was driving a red sedan, police said.
