An overhead view shows the beginning of the construction of a Splash Pad in Shaw Place Park in Williamsport. Vortex USA has built and is installing the water feature set to open in summer 2023. The feature has several jets of water that are time controlled. It is being paid for using American Rescue Plan funds. The project was approved by Mayor Derek Slaughter in conjunction with City Council.
