PROCTOR – A tractor-trailer carrying a full load of sand overturned on Kelly Road, near Kellyburg Road, in Cascade Township about 9 a.m. Thursday, according to state police. Assisted out of the vehicle, the trucker driver declined treatment for minor injuries, police said.
Plunketts Creek Township firemen responded to the crash site, which was just west of Leonard Road.
Bressler’s Towing and Recovery arrived on the scene about 10:30 a.m. and hopes to have the scene cleaned up by 2:30 p.m.
