State Sen. Gene Yaw, R-Loyalsock Township, and state Rep. Jamie Flick, R-South Williamsport, recently announced $1,053,100 has been awarded to two projects in Lycoming County by the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
The following entities received funding, which is coming through the department’s Community Conservation Partnership Program:
• Lycoming County: $649,900 for its Susquehanna River Walk Extension project. Work will include the construction of approximately 1.46 miles of trail, at-grade railroad crossing, stormwater management measures, ADA access and landscaping.
