What better way to celebrate the arrival of Spring than to throw a party? And that is exactly what the Introduction to Special Education class at Lycoming College did on Thursday, March 20 at the Keiper Recreation Center on campus in Williamsport. Teaming up with HOPE Enterprises and Agape Fellowship Church, students offered crafts, games and dancing to the community with the goal of increasing inclusion and acceptance of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Thursday's party was a continuation of a program started in 2023 for the class to throw a community party at the end of each semester and includes a Holiday Party in the Fall.
