River Valley Riders will be holding their 37th annual Hobo Stew and Dice Run on Sunday, May 4.

The motorcycle club formerly known as Gold Wing GWRRA Chapter M, is an event open to all motorcycle enthusiasts, whether your favorite ride has two, three or four wheels.

You do not have to be a member to participate.

All proceeds benefit the following two local veterans organizations: Lycoming County Helping Our Warriors” and “Leek Hunting & Mountain Preserve.”

LEEK serves all veterans of all wars. It provides a friendly accessible camp environment and therapeutic outdoor activities like hunting and fishing for all veterans. LEEK believes in encouraging our wounded heroes to focus on their abilities without compromising their current physical limitations.

Lycoming County Helping Our Warriors assists active military members and veterans with necessary costs (that are not covered by other agencies) to live a healthy life.

Helping to pay utility bills, medical bills, overdue property taxes, provide oil in the winter, and rent and security deposits. Helping veterans with Christmas gifts for their children and sending overseas care packages working with our local Veterans of Foreign Wars.
