A mobile Wreaths Across America exhibit is coming to our area beginning this week.

The 48-foot trailer is equipped with a 24-person screening room that explains the different missions of Wreaths Across America. The exhibit also has interactive displays as well as information on the future of the organizations.

The purpose of the mobile exhibit is to “teach the next generation about service and sacrifice, but to share stories of patriotism and love of country to communities around the United States,” according to the Wreaths Across America website.

Scheduled stops will be:

• Today — American Legion Post 104, 1312 Broad St., Montoursville from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m

• June 20 — Walmart, 1015 Loyalsock Ave., Montoursville from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• June 22 — Gamble Inn Farm, Jersey Shore, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• June 25 — 140 Via Bella, Williamsport, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• June 27 — 515 Legion Road, Muncy, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• June 28 — Post 268, 185 Broad St., Montgomery, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• June 29 — Sam’s Club, 611 Lycoming Mall Circle, Muncy, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
