Blast I.U. 17 Extended School Year celebrated 4th of July with a parade at Williamsport Area Middle School on Thursday morning. Staff and students circled the parking lot while family and friends enjoyed some patriotic music. Extended School Year services are special education and related services provided to students with disabilities beyond the regular school year.
