City police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two individuals, believed to be juveniles, who were in a small gray SUV when one of them fired at a third juvenile near Fourth Avenue and High Street about 10:15 p.m. Sunday. Their target, whose age and gender were not provided, was not injured in the shooting, police said.

The SUV fled the scene at a high-rate of speed, police said. Residents who live in their area and have surveillance cameras outside their homes are asked to check their recordings to see if there might be any evidence on them that might help investigators.
