Williamsport police have announced that on Wednesday investigators arrested the alleged gunman who shot three teenage males, killing one and wounding two others, at Memorial Avenue and Lloyd Street about 2:50 p.m. on June 29. A court of common pleas judge has sealed all documents, preventing the release of the defendant’s identity, the charges filed in the case or any other information.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available, police said. Killed in the shooting was 18-year-old Nasir Kramer,of the city. He was rushed to UPMC Williamsport, but died at 3:10 p.m. of multiple gunshot wounds, according to Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr. The two other victims, ages 17 and 19, continue to recover from their injuries.
