Little League World Series down to 4 teams

Four teams remain in the Little League World Series tournament competing for the chance to play for the World Series title.

The two championship games are scheduled for Saturday. At 12:30 p.m., Tokyo, Japan will play Willemstad, Curacao for the International championship, and at 3:30 p.m., Henderson, Nevada takes on Hamilton, Ohio for the United States title.

Curacao and Nevada both went undefeated through the winners' bracket and are 3-0. Japan and Ohio both lost their first games to Curacao and Nevada, respectively, before rattling off five consecutive elimination-game losses to reach today's finals.

This is Pariba Little League of Curacao's first International championship berth since 2016 and it's the first time a team from Japan reached the International championship game since 2019. Hamilton, Ohio was at the Series in 2021 and finished as runner's-up that year. Henderson, Nevada came to the Series in 2024 last.

The World Series consolation game is scheduled for Sunday morning at Lamade Stadium at 10 a.m. with the World Series championship game scheduled for 3 p.m.
